The swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable.
The state of the hotel was appalling. I waited over an hour for maintenance to fix several broken things in my room after check-in, and yet they still couldn't resolve the issues. The bathroom door was jammed and unusable, and poor cleanliness was evident, especially with tissue stuffed in the downlight. Not to mention, the only key card provided was inconvenient for two people.

The place is relaxing and luxury. Make sure you stay in the triple room with an amazing balcony as well as a great view. It has a great and unique location next to the very clean beach, the Mae Phim shrine and restaurant. Overall nice food, plus there is Pane e dolci sapori close by.

The breakfast was very good and savoury, with a great selection of goodies. Booked a room with nice balcony. The location was marvellous, only 5 minutes walk to Ao Khai. The staff was affable, so I would love to return: )

Booked a twin room on the 7th floor with a good view. the management was attentive and the staff was helpful. the resort is located in a really nice building in a marvelous and unique location, in a nice, relaxing area.
